Power Lunch

The Early church will be the host church for the Power Lunch which began about 4 months ago. It began as a vision of laymembers of the Coggin Avenue Baptist Church. A vision of a lunch for men in the community to allow the opportunity for fellowship and the opportunity to hear an inspirational message. The vision has expanded to include the women of our community.

On February 4 the lunch will feature Dr. Don Newbury as the speaker. Dr. Newbury served at the President of HPU from 1985 to 1997. He is a sought after speaker who brings a meaningful message with humor. You will be blessed by his words.

The Power Lunch begins at 11:45 a.m and will conclude by 1:00 p.m. Those who work near by will be able to attend with a slightly extended lunch hour. As reported earlier, our Pastor attended the power lunch in December and highly recommends it as a time of inspiration. Mark your calendar and make plans to be there.
